Money plays an important role at the time of the elections. A lot of money is needed to organise demonstrations, public meetings and speeches. Those candidates are chosen in the elections, who can raise lot of money for the party.

Democracy leads to corruption because it is based on electoral competition. Leaders keep changing in a democracy. This leads to instability. Democracy is all about political competition and power play. There is almost no scope for morality. Elected leaders are not often capable,well educated,honest persons. This leads to bad decisios.
