What are the demerits of present lawyering system in india?

The present lawyering system has no such big demerit but only is that the people of India are not much educated and sometime decides wrong political party

Although the lawyering system of our country is developing in a fast pace from the past few decades,but there are still many serious demerits.

Some of them are;

1) The allover lawyering procedure and final judgement procedure is a very time consuming process.

2) The corruption also degraded the lawyering system.

3) Old rules and laws have different types of flaws.
