Amoeba- is a unicellular organism capable of performing all the life activities  whereas WBC-is a kind of cell taken out of a multicellular organism which can't survive out of the body. An Amoeba is a protozoan which means it is animal like. It invades the human system through drinking contaminated water and causes disease, of course. While WBC is responsible for defending our system against pathogens. But there is a similarity that both of them are uni nucleate, they both preform phagocytosis which is the engulfment and destruction of pathogens and both are microscopic...... i hope this helps!
