1) symptoms are the things which can cause u a disease like if u have cough or headache then u will suffer from fever. while signs is the disease which can cause u a disease for eg. if u have fever then it can led to jaundice.
2) chronic disease are the disease which occur for a long period and can have a long lasting effect. for eg. paralysis. acute disease are the diseases which occur for a short period and have a short time effect. for eg. cough.
