What are the difference between the citizen rights in saudi arabia and the fundamental rights in india

1. first the women in Saudi Arabia is not equal to men instead of in Saudi Arabia two women considered equal to one men. whereas in India all citizens are equal whether a person is girl or boy

2. in Saudi Arabia the people have to follow the Muslim religion and their customs no matter in which religion they belong to , but they can practice the religion private not in public. where is in India all people are free to practice any religion and they can free to Express the ideologies of their religion in public.
