antibiotic-
made up of those chemical substances which kills the bacterias.
vaccine- made from the handicapped virus (inactivated virus) which enters the body and memory cells store the memory of this virus and produces antibody against it , that is why the vaccine causes symptoms like the disease ex-fever.
after giving vaccine up to certain time limit , the virus whose vaccine is given will not affect the body, as the antibodies will kill it.
