A paragraph is a collection of sentences on some topic. The body of the paragraph is the same as that of an essay. It has a beginning, a middle and an end. It is like a mini painting
The essential of good paragraph are:
- unity
- A good topical sentence which normally comes in the beginning
- Logical sequence of thought
- Variety of sentence of various length to avoid monotony
- A definitive conclusion to wind up the topic.

Essay: an essay is A piece of writing on a particular subject. It is an original piece of composition. It is the best device to test a person’s is written expression. An essay consists of a number of paragraphs, all related on the topic. Thus a number of well thought out, well written and well arranged paragraphs make an essay.
Structure of the essay
- Introduction: Write a concise and crisp paragraph that introduce the topic and sets the tune. Make the introduction interesting and striking.
- Body of the Essay: this part, the middle one, consist of nearly 2/3 of length of the total i.e., if The essay is written in 150 words, the body of the essay will consist of nearly 100 words.
- Conclusion: Wind up the essay in few short and interesting sentences. The last sentence must read like the natural conclusion of the whole discussion.

Article: An article writing is the kind of writing that is written to reach a massive audience with the help of the press. In case of article writing, The press refers to publishing houses of newspapers, magazines, journals, etc,. Writing newspaper article, or writing a magazine article is not easy.
