criminal case deals or conduct with law defines and offences.for example harassin women to brings more Dowry and murder..

it usually brings the logic of FIR first information report with police who investigate the crime of which case is filled in a court..
if it is found guilty then the accused will be sent to Jail or can be fine .....




now civil case- deals with the hammer injury to the individual example divorce matter of rent ,property damage. .
a petition has to fill before The Reluctant Court by the affected party only. in the matter of rent eitherlandlord and tenant case of file in a court ..


the court can give specificreally fast for forest and in a case between landlord and tenant a court can order of vacuted and pending rain to be paid
