Hello!!

EXCRETION :

》Excretion is a process by which metabolic wastes and other non useful materials are eliminated.

》 Excretion is the removal of waste products from the body. And waste are sent out through skin , lungs etc.

EGESTION :

》 Egestion is the discharge or expulsion of undigested material (food) from a cell in case of unicellular organisms, and from the digestive tract via the anus in case of multicellular organisms.

》 Egestion is the removal of undigested semi-solid waste from your anus.

Hope it helps..!!

In egestion -
1 ) Discharge of undigested food from the gut .
2) It takes place through the anus and sometimes from the mouth also.
3). It is a part of digestion.
4). The matter that is egested is faeces.

In excretion -
1) Discharge of metabolic wastes.
2). It takes place through urethra , skin or mouth .
3) It is a total separate life process.
4). Materials that are screted are sweat , urine and carbon dioxide.
