prokaryotic cell -

  • don't have membrane bound organelles
  • smaller in size
  • nucleus isn't well defined
  • cell wall present
  • smaller ribosomes
  • cell division by binary fission
  • chromosomes is one that also not true chromosomes
  • sexual reproduction by transfer of DNA information

eukaryotic cell-

  • have membrane bound organelles
  • larger in size
  • nucleus is well defined
  • cell wall present only in plant and fungi cells
  • larger ribosomes
  • cell division by mitosis
  • more than one chromosomes
  • sexual reproduction by meiosis
