Differences between scheduled interviews and walk in interviews:

Scheduled interviews:

  • Scheduled interviews are planned very much in advance with the necessary requirements.
  • They can be candidate’s qualifications, key skills, areas of expertise, year of passing, experience in other companies etc. all these aspects are checked very well in advance and then the requirement met candidates are called for an interview.

Walk in interviews:

  • Walk in interviews are not having specific requirements, they just take the candidate without having prior knowledge about them.
  • Proper arrangements will not be made, lot of time gets wasted in choosing the right candidate.

I feel that scheduled interviews are much better compared to walk in interviews.
