Difference between skilled and unskilled manpower
Unskilled labor, when measured by educational attainment, refers to jobs that require a high school diploma only, or could even be filled by a high school dropout. Skilled labor requires additional skills or education. While the demand for unskilled labor has decreased, the labor pool has also significantly decreased.
