Soil conservation means prevention of soil from eroding from the surface of the earth.
Soil erosion is a situation when the top layers of the soil is worn out because of several climatic or environmental conditions.
Frequent floods, deforestation can result in soil erosion.
In fact, due to lack of proper infrastructure, the top soil is being eroded.
