SoundSentry:

a) SoundSentry is used to help people with auditory impairment. SoundSentry generates visual warnings such as blinking title bar or a flashing border, whenever the computer generates a sound.

b) To use SoundSentry option:

Check Use SoundSentry option in the Sound tab of the Accessibility Options in the Control panel.

Click Apply and Ok.

Show Sounds:

a) Showsounds instructs applications that convey information by sound, to also provide information visually, through text captions or informative icons.

b) To use ShowSounds:

Check Use ShowSounds under Sound tab in the Accessibility Options in the Control Panel.

Click Apply and Ok.
