• During sickness, they cannot afford treatment.

• They lack dean water and sanitation facilities.

• They do not have a regular job at a minimum  decent level and have a living with a sense of  helplessness.

• Poor people are in a situation in which they are illtreated at almost every place, in farms, factories,  government offices, hospitals, railway stations, etc.
