SOLUTION :  

Given :  (2x + 3) (3x – 7) = 0.

2x + 3   or 3x - 7 = 0

2x = -3  or  3x = 7  

x = -3/2    or  x = 7/3  

Hence, the roots of the quadratic equation (2x + 3) (3x – 7) are  -3/2  and 7/3 .
