how to access the backstage view ?

we can access the backstage view by going to the file tab (the tab on the right most corner having microsoft logo).

options available in the print backstage view for MS word 2007:

• print: for printing using this option you have to select a printer, number of copies and other printing options to print something.
• quick print: send the document to the default printer without making any changes
• print preview: preview and make changes before printing. by this way we can avoid mistakes while printing.
