What are the different records you would maintain in a food service unit..enumerate

For a food service unit I would maintain records for:
1. the weekly menu 
2. the purchases done to satisfy this menu
3. record of sales each day
4. Wastage each day
5. record of feedback for the food items so that i can make changes in the menu or the preparations accordingly
