Mostly the coastal plains are having good amount of precipitation so there is no need of irrigation in most cases. But as the farmer is not dippendent on rainfall there are some method of irrigation practices
Such as :
1. Tube well irrigation
2. Basin irrigation
3. In a type of irrigation the water is left flowing freely . It happens in small fields.
