What are the different types of nerves? Explain.

Sensory nerves- They contain Sensory neurons.
Motor nerves- They contain Motor neurons.
Mixed nerves- They contain both Motor and Sensory neurons.

Nerves are of two main types:

1)sensory nerves-carries sensoryinformation towards nervous system they are also known as afferent nerve.

2)motor nerves:-nerves that carry information from spinalcord to brain .
