What are the different ways of increasing production on the same piece of land? Explain with help of examples...

we can increase production on the same piece of land by doing the following:-
1) multiple cropping:- It is the most common way of increasing production on a given piece of land. Under it more than one type of crop grow on same piece of land
2) modern farming:- It is the way to increasing production on a given piece piece of land. It is the traditional farming in which farmer use modern equipment. In past farmers use plough to dig but under it they use tractors.
