Vegetative propagation is of two types: natural and artificial
Natural:
New Plants can be grown naturally from roots, stem and leaf of the parent plant
Artificial:
Stem cutting- a part of the stem is removed and is planted it in the soil.
Layering- a branch of the plant is bent towards the ground and covered with soil till roots develop.
Grafting- the stems of two different plants, one having the root and other having shoot, is tied together so that they grow as a single plant having the characteristics of both the plants.

HELLO MY DEAR FRIEND

THE FORMATION OF NEW PLANTS FROM THE STEAM,LEAVES,ROOT  IS KNOWN AS VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION. IN THIS PROCESS ANY SEX CELLS ARE NOT REQUIRED. FOR EXAMPLE FOR VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION - POTATO AND BRYOPHYLLUM. WE CAN OBSERVE WHOLE LIKE STRUCTURE ON THE POTATO LAYER. THIS WHOLE LIKE STRUCTURE IS KNOWN AS EYES.IF WE REMOVE THE EYE PART OF THE POTATO AND IF WE PLACE IN THE SOIL. AND POUR SOME WATER IN TI. AFTER 2 DAYS OR 3 DAYS WE CAN OBSERVE THE PLANT WILL GROW. LIKE THIS THE EYE PART OF POTATO CAN MAKE MANY POTATO PLANTS. THIS THE ONE OF THE BEST EXAMPLE FOR VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION.

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP'S U...............*-*
