1- new students are fared from teacher and student also he does not say something in first class.
2- due lack of confidence some student don't tell anything front of teacher.

a student can face many difficulities. but as a student e should suffer some of them. some children complain about it. some dont complain. they just tolerate it. some children are being bullied everyday. it should be complained. it leads to even suicide. some face difficulties like teachers not teaching properly. teachers might be giving severe punishments for silly or petty matters. some teachers do not give chances to all children. they might only give chances to leaders. some teachers ignore some children or may make fun of them.
