The difficulties faced by the people in a non-democratic country are as follows -
1. They don't get any equality among the citizens.
2.People do not exercise any free and fare election.
3. People in a non democratic country do not get the equal facilities . For example - Job opportunity,etc.
4.Upper caste citizens get more facilities which shows the discrimination among them.
