In non- democratic country people don't have right to speak as when the power was shifted to the military officers in Chile they could do as they wished and no one could question them. In Poland, people don't have right to choose their leaders freely and even they don't have right to speak. Those who spoke were put in the prison. Yet, we can say that there was no real freedom to express one's expression and opinions in these countries.
