WEIGHT :

•Weight is the force by which earth attracts an object to its centre (gravitation)…

•SI unit of weight is newton (N)…

•Weight changes when we go to other planets …

•But since we are living in earth, we use the term 'weight' in the place of 'mass' too…

MASS :

•Mass is the amount of content in an object …

•SI unit of mass is Kilogram (Kg)…

•Mass of an object doesn't change when we go to other planets too…

•The weighing machine actually shows the mass of us, not weight…

•On earth, mass = weight…
