there are many disadvantages of caste system in India
India is a democratic country and is ruled according to the rules written in constitution .
in the Constitution of India ,it is written
that no one can be discriminated on the basis of caste , religion , gender , colour etc and if a person is discriminated , it means that the person is not given it's rights and this act is also counted as an act against the Constitution rules .
the disadvantages are
it creates a kind of inferiority in the mind of the victim
it creates a boundary if separation between 2 persons , religions etc
exploits the lower castes
creates feeling of casteism
perpetuates untouchability
