Disadvantages of pesticides 

1. over use of pesticides can damage the crop

2. over use of pesticides can also decreases fertility of the crop.

3.taking off of empty covers or tin boxes of chemical pesticides can harm our health also

4.  Pesticides are potentially harmful pollutants of air, soil and water.

5.  The action of pesticides not only kill the desired harmful pests but also kills beneficial pollinating insects.

Disadvantages of using artificial fertilisers:

1. they are manufactured chemically

2. they destroy the fertility of soil

3. they need to be used carefully and in correct proportion

4.they even get washed in water bodies and cause pollution

5. they are expensive
