Undifferentiated - the cells have not yet become specialized, so these cells could still become any kind of cell that the body needs. Stem cells are undifferentiated. Cells in early embryos are undifferentiated. The cells are multiplying, but they haven't started become specific types of cells
example:- somatic stem cells, they can be found in children, as well as adults.
