Voluntary actions include : walking , speaking , eating , playing , watching TV , reading books etc.
Involuntary actions include : sneezing , coughing , withdrawing our hand when we touch a hot vessel , closing of eyelids when we feel sleepy ,  yawning and even physiological activities of body like digestion , circulation etc.
