2)workers in the organised sector enjoy security of employment

3) they are expected to work only a fixed number of hours

4) they get paid leaves,even payment during holidays,provident fund.

Labour welfare includes housing, medical, educational, rest rooms, recreation, canteen, games and sports club facilities, adequate wages, reasonable working hours, insurance etc. By providing these facilities to the workers, efficiency increases considerably.
