See we know that 'g' is the variable for the gravitational force of any particular place or u can say it is acceleration due to gravity.
The main and major factor affecting 'g' is the mass of any object. The acceleration due to gravity of our Earth is 9.6m/s. It is calculated by referring to the mass of Earth. In any other celestial body the acceleration due to gravity will be differ from Earth as difference in mass.
