The factors are as follows-
They are being cheated by the shopkeepers and being exploited in market.
Sometimes shopkeepers weigh less than actual measurement.
Shopkeepers are also indulged in black marketing and hoardings.
They also so adulteration to increase the quantity and decrease the quality.
They sell duplicate or sub standard goods.
They also add the prices in mrp which were not added before.

3) Wrong information - when wrong information is provided to consumer and he makes wrong choice

4) Few sellers - when producers are more and buyers are less and scattered

6) lack of awareness - due to illiteracy
