The factors not only affect flora but fauna as well

Relief feature
Land- land determines the growth of the natural vegetation. As an undulating terrain leads to woodlands and grazzing

Soil- soil will be not same in different places, sandy soil always supports thorny and bushy plants in dessert

Climate
Tempreture- temperature as well determines the growth. In india area above 915 m is affected by climate and hence affects the vegetation

Sunlight- we all might have know that the earth is tilted and hence the sunlight received are different in different areas . The places where there is more sunlight plants grow faster

Precipitation- last and of most the rainfall of a palce, the areas with more rainfall supports dense forests in comparison of less rainfall areas

I hope this may help!!
