when acetic acid is tested with the litmus paper the colour of the litmus paper changes from blue to red. When distilled water is tested with litmus paper the colour does not changes as it is a strong acid as well as a strong base. When u add sodium hydrogen carbonate the colour changes from red to blue as it is a base which has more OH minus ions
