1. Chemical equation consists of chemical substances called Reactant and Product.

2. Reactant are written on the left hand side with a plus sign between them.

3. The product are written on right hand side with a plus sign between them.

4. The reactant and product are represented by an arrow.the arrow head point towards the direction of product and it's tail is toward reactant.
