Five views of the presentation are as follows:

  • Normal view- It allows you to edit a single slide by adding and designing creative styles at a time. This default view helps to see and also work on the presentation at the same time.
  • Slide sorter view- It allows for modification of several attributes of the slides. Slide sorter view displays a scaled-down version of the slide and helps to delete or rearrange the other slides easily.
  • Reading view- It helps to show the presentation on another computer. Instead of viewing the presentation on a full screen, the reading view allows you to also easily access the meeting controls while presenting the slides.
  • Slide Show view- It is mainly used for the purpose of displaying the presentation on a full screen to the audience. Transition effects, timings of the slides are seen in this view.
  • Presenter view- This view allows two devices like a projector and laptop to be connected to show the presentation.
