  • Minerals
  • Fat
  • Carbohydrates
  • Water

Let us now look at the sources which provide us with these essential nutrients :-

  • Proteins: Lentils, paneer, chickpeas, nuts, egg, fish etc.
  • Vitamins: Cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, oranges, strawberries, spinach etc.
  • Minerals: Nuts and Seeds, green leafy vegetables, milk, spinach, broccoli, fish, sea good, whole grains etc.
