Functions Of Parenchyma
➜ You might have felt the softness of flowers and certain leaves. This is due to the presence of parenchyma. It is found in soft parts of the plant like root, stem, leaf.

➜ They are least specialised out of all the simple tissues. The parenchyma cells vary in shape like round, elongated, polygonal or irregular.
