Hey there!
Functions Of Capillaries :)
↪To allow outward diffusion of oxygen into the intercellular fluid and from there into the tissue cells.
↪To allow inward diffusion of carbon dioxide from the intercellular fluid.
↪To allow inward and outward diffusion of substances like glucose, amino acids, urea, hormones, etc.
↪To allow leukocytes to squeeze out through the capillary walls by means of amoeboid movement.
What are Arteries?
↪The blood vessels which carry blood away from the heart and into an organ. Arteries carry fully oxygenated blood(except pulmonary artery).
What are Veins?
↪The blood vessels which carry blood from an organ and towards the heart. Veins carry partially de-oxygenated & CO2 laden blood(except pulmonary vein).

Function of capillaries :-
* It helps in diffusion of substances.
* It also allow diffusion of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Arteries :-
The blood vessels which carry oxygenated blood away from the heart except pulmonary arteries. They have thick walls.
Veins :-
The blood vessels which carry deoxygenated blood towards the heart except pulmonary veins.
They have thin Walls.
Hope it helps.
