Every cell organelle serves a different function:
1) Nucleus controls all activities inside the cell and aides in cell reproduction.
2) Mitochondria creates Adenosine Triphosphate for energy in the cell.
3) Vacuole stores all the waste products of the cell.
4) Endoplasmic Reticulum forms a network of connectivity amongst the cell. RER synthesizes proteins, while SER synthesizes lipids, steroids in testicles and ovaries and in vertebrates detoxifies poisons .
5) Golgi Apparatus converts simple molecules into complex molecules and packages contents for transport in and out of the cell.
6) Lysosomes serve as suicidal bags of the cell and help in keeping out foreign materials.
