Exonucleases are enzymes that work by cleaving nucleotides one at a time from the end (exo) of a polynucleotide chain.
2.Endonuclease-
It is also called as biological knives., biological scissors. it is cutting enzyme they cut DNA at specific locations and can be used to look for genetic diversity, to cut up DNA into smaller pieces, and/or to splice DNA from different sources into one molecule.
