Pollen Tube - carries the male gamete to the female gamete.

Ovary - contains the ovule , it also contains the female gamete. The  ovary becomes the fleshy part of the fruit.

Stigma - contains the male gamete , the pollen grain which are necessary for pollination and fertilisation

Hi friend,
here is answer to your question
A pollen tube is part of the male gametophyte of seed plants. It acts as a conduit to transport the male gamete cells from the pollen grain, either from the stigma (in flowering plants) to the ovules at the base of the pistil, or directly through ovule tissue in some gymnosperms.

The ovaries produce eggs (ova) and female hormones. During each monthly menstrual cycle, an egg is released from one ovary. The egg travels from the ovary through a fallopian tube to the uterus.

The stigma  is the receptive tip of a carpel, or of several fused carpels, in the gynoecium of a flower.
