The three organs of the government are:
1)legislative-this refers to making of laws,a power usually vested in a representative assembly of some kind.
2)executive:it is the group of persons with the authority to initiate major policies,make decisions and implement them on the basis of constitutional laws.
3)judiciary-it is an institution that administers justice and resolves legal dispute.

The Legislature:: 
**makes law, amends and replaces old laws, it controls, criticise and supervise the administration or activities of the executive and influence the policies of the government. 
**they can prefer the charge of impeachment on their executives.

The Executive:: 
**branch is the enforcer of law, it enforce laws made or enacted by the legislature.
**it also held responsibility for the government administrative system.
**it has the authority to adjourn and dissolve the legislature. 

The Judiciary:: 
**branch of government that is concerned with the administration of justice.
**It is the guardian of the constitution, if the laws made by  the judiciary or the states are conflicted with the constitution, the judiciary could declare the laws as invalid.
**The judiciary interprets laws, the constitutions and the statutes.
