There are Fundamental Rights that are included in Constitution of India which are as follows
i) Right to Freedom.
ii) Right to Freedom of Religion.
iii) Right to equality.
iv) Right against exploitation
v) Right to education.
vi) Right to Constitutional remedies.



Initially there were 7 fundamanetal rights but later Right to property was eliminated.
