Ladakh
1) Ladakh is a desert in the mountain of J&Cs eastern part.
2) Land cover with snow for a large part of the year.
3) Food meat and milk cheese and butter.
4)Caravan routes through passes to Tibet - trade in textiles,spices, raw silk and carpets.
5) Kamar Saga is sung by both Muslims and poems.
6) Buddhism reached Tibet via Ladakh.
