Most conductors used (copper and aluminum being the most common) have no harmful affect from just contact. Only when they have a charge and it's discharged through the body, and that really isn't the conductor causing the damage but the current that it's conducting.

• The conductors are basically different types of metals which can efficiently conduct electricity and heat energy. So,In the normal or neutral conditions,the conductors are not harmful at all.
• But,when the conductor is conducting some amount of heat energy or electrical energy then the physical contact with the conductor might cause electrocution or burning.
