When we are ill means we are unhealthy as Disease caused by any micro-organisms,If we fell in ill we feel disturbed mode ,sad , headache,serious and other body pains etc..,. If we are in ill as our immunity power is less to fight any micro organisms and spread through body that leads to unhealthy or ill.
