In UAE the camels played very important role in transportation, food , entertainment and etc.The population of camels in UAE is approximately 4-5 lakhs.They are main source of business in UAE ,Dubai.They are the tradition of UAE.
The initiatives are taken by the UAE government to protect camels:
- Committee raise a awareness campaign for not use of plastics beacuse most of the camels were dead due to plastics polythene , bags ,etc
- Urge to switch to the biodegradable plastic bags for harmless environment.
- Manage the grazing areas and livestock for camels.
- Protect the environment and over grazing for prevent soil erosion.
