• Establish the company’s cabin crew recruitment policy and assist the Director Flight Operations in the selection of cabin crew.
• Manage and supervise all cabin operations activities.
• Ensure that all company, applicable international and national requirements for flight safety and security are met.
• Establish training programs in co-operation with Director Crew Training. Oversee checking of personnel and suggest additional training when necessary.
• Establish cabin procedures and passenger service techniques to improve cabin crew performance.
• Process incident reports and any irregularities reported to him and recommend remedial action in cooperation with the Nominated Persons concerned.
• Stay abreast of customers’ requirements to ensure safe and professional operation and keep up to date with cabin related industry developments.
• Cooperate with the Director Technical Operations in regards to cabin related issues, such as safety equipment and cooperate in improving technical installations in the cabin to improve passenger safety and comfort
• Perform other special duties, as may be required by the Director Flight Operations
